2.2. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance.

2.3. Orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable substitute or issue a full refund.

2.4. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.

3. Product Information

3.1. Product descriptions and photos are for illustrative purposes. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to the natural origin of materials.

3.2. Some items are made to order and may have a lead time of up to 5 weeks. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout system.

4.3. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on item size, weight, and destination.

5.2. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any delays.

5.3. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Faulty Items

6.1. As our products are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once payment has been made, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

6.2. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the fault and, where appropriate, offer one of the following remedies:

A full or partial refund
A replacement item
A repair or adjustment

6.3. Return costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Steelgrass. We will provide instructions for return shipping where applicable.

6.4. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product has been damaged through misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

6.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or agreeing that a refund is due.
