At Steelgrass, we design and install sustainable botanical displays using preserved plants, trees and flowers. Our work is rooted in creativity, craftsmanship and care, and we are always on the lookout for talented florists who share our values.
We are currently building a network of freelance florists to support us on a project-by-project basis. This is ideal for experienced florists looking for flexible work, and for those who enjoy variety, collaboration, and working on high-end installations for commercial and hospitality spaces.
Bring Your Skills To Life

Follow creative briefs and interpret design directions with a high attention to detail

Assist with the preparation and installation of preserved floral and foliage arrangements

Occasionally prep materials in our studio or at home

Work on-site at client venues, including hotels, offices and events as part of a team

Help with dismantling, refreshing or updating existing displays
What we are looking for

A good eye for design and a confident, neat working style

Professional florist experience

Experience working with preserved or dried materials is a plus

Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently or in small teams

Based within 1 hour of High Wycombe

Must have own transport
